Our customers rely on the equipment we install everyday for providing safety for their organization, effective communication, protecting the reputation of their organization and employees, efficiently running their organization, and most importantly, providing safety for the worlds most precious cargo. To work at Citadel Technology you must first understand the importance of our mission and then have a willingness to learn.
Everything we do at Citadel Technology is a team effort. To be a member of our team you must understand how important each individuals effort effects the greater good of the team and our customers. We are not looking for someone who is great at everything, wants to do it all and be a lone wolf, but someone who can work together with others and do what they are capable of, to the best of their abilities.
We work in some extreme environments at times. In buses they can be like ice box's in the winter time and microwaves in the summer. On challenging jobs attitude and morale has a major impact on mission success.
We train mostly in house on practice, procedure and basic wiring. To Join the team its important to be someone who is decent with working with your hands and enjoys it. We use drills and other equipment that involves drilling holes and mounting equipment in vehicles that cost upwards of $150,000 dollars. The training will guide you through the difficult jobs and we will be there every step of the way until your ready to be on or own, but having the basics is a must. Other attributes needed are Professionalism, communication and attention to detail.
Even though office staff seldomly works in the field they must have a general idea of "how it works". In the office we provide detail reports to the customers. To do this we must talk with the road crew about their reports and then correctly articulate the information in the computer for the customer. This involves communication and huge team effort. Attention to detail is a must while typing up these reports as the reports are used frequently to build customer systems, accurately track inventory, and customer ordering. Communication skills are also a must as the office staff interacts with customers on the phone, in person, or by email on a daily basis.
